  2. You will prompt get a free quote via email.
  3. Pay us the invoice amount.
  4. You will get the translation with your invoice comfortably via email or by mail.

How do I submit my documents?

Just upload the documents as attachments via our request form. You can also email us the documents at contact@altis24.com.

What file format can I send or upload?

Our server accepts the following formats: .txt, .rtf, .doc, .docx, .odt, .pdf, .jpg, .xls, .csv, .ods

What payment methods are accepted?

Altis24 accepts payment via credit card (MasterCard, Visa) or bank transfer.

Does ALTIS24 provide certified and notarized translations?

Yes. ALTIS24 provides you with translated and certified documents that have to be presented to official authorities for legal purposes (including USCIS). ALTIS24 provides you with various certified translations such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce decree, etc.
